Job Summary
Ambiens Groups is seeking experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent sales expertise, and a proven track record in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Generate qualified leads through direct sales, referrals, and digital campaigns.
Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking and registration.
Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Conduct site visits, project presentations, and customer meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Develop and manage channel partner and broker networks.
Negotiate pricing and close high-value sales deals.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Coordinate with the legal, finance, CRM, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
Experience in plotted developments, residential projects, or villa communities is preferred.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Customer relationship management skills.
Knowledge of real estate regulations, documentation, and registration processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits.
