Shri B.T.Bhaskar, has Bachelor of Arts as his academic qualification and has been a very active real estate professional since 1996. His responsibilities includes strategic planning, land procurement and development.

He strategically diversified into the real estate world and successfully developed and promoted many layouts in and around Bengaluru, Bidadi, Ramanagar, Channapatna, Maddur, Mandya and Mysuru. He has successfully led land procurement, sales & marketing and layout development teams throughout his career spanning over 25 years.
