He has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and is a class 1 PWD contractor by profession. He has successfully managed with many prestigious projects including Almatti Dam, Government Educational institutions and offices, staff quarters, etc over the last 25 years.

He has also successfully constructed over 100 medium budget apartment projects in Bengaluru and has the blessings of more than 150 happy customers who are his strength even today. They remember him for his quality work and commitment despite it’s been 15 years since he handed over their dream flats.
